The only thing included in this listing is the Sync 3 APIM. Nothing else is included. Pictures are for reference. APIM may have a different part number or look slightly different but will be 100% functional.

NOTE: 2016 model year Fords and Lincolns had an older usb hub from factory which only allows android auto and does not support 3.4 version. If you have a 2016, we will not load software 3.4 which causes a hub not supported error with the original non upgraded hub.

Everything perfect, they contact me to explain how the 3.4 works on my 2016 truck for car play. told me that i have to upgrade the usb hub and gave the part# cuz i didnt know that i have to do that, the service was perfect. The package came well protected and on time. I installed on my truck and work perfect. Worked perfectly!

My 2016 F150 head unit would take a few minutes to turn on and apple car play and Bluetooth stopped working. I bought a replacement APIM from All Things Sync and now everything works again! It was a very easy install, took about 30 minutes with no prior experience pulling off trim pieces and watching a you tube video step by step. If you know what you are doing, could probably be done in under 10 minutes. The best part was the APIM was plug and play. It came already programmed and worked immediately. I can’t believe I waited months when this was so easy and less expensive then I had anticipated. Would definitely order from them again.
